The form prepares a message containing your name, your phone number, the journey and the date. It does not send that information to an EMS server: you then choose whether to open WhatsApp.

When WhatsApp opens, the information contained in the link is shared with that service. EMS receives your message once you send it inside WhatsApp. External services apply their own privacy policies. Do not attach medical records to a quote request.
