Our busiest area: the Sahel
Monastir, Sousse and Mahdia make up our usual territory. Journeys within this area and between these three cities are the most frequent, whether reaching a care facility, returning home or getting to Monastir airport. It is also from here that most of our routes to the rest of the country begin.
The rest of Tunisia
Beyond the Sahel, EMS arranges journeys to Tunis, Sfax, Kairouan, Cap Bon and other regions, using its own team or its network. These are assessed case by case: we answer on what is genuinely feasible rather than advertising uniform coverage we could not stand behind.
What actually determines the answer
Two things weigh more than distance: when the request comes in, and the constraints at each end. A journey planned several days ahead is easier to arrange than a same-day request at a busy hour. Equally, a pick-up somewhere hard to reach takes more preparation than a departure from a care facility.
Finding out whether your journey is possible
The simplest route is to give us both addresses and the date. We tell you what can be arranged, on what terms, and send you a quote. If the answer is no, or qualified, you will get it as it is: far better to know straight away than to discover a problem on the day.
