One contact handles the whole journey
You call, you describe the situation, and EMS takes it from there. We note the pick-up point, the destination, the date and the level of support needed, then check what can actually be arranged. You receive the conditions and a quote before anything is confirmed. This spares you from calling round several providers at the moment you have least time to spend on it.
The transport we arrange
EMS covers transport by medicalised ambulance when support is needed during the journey, patient transport to a consultation or an admission, transfers between two care facilities, the return home after a hospital stay, long-distance journeys between regions, and the ground leg of any trip involving an airport. Each case is looked at separately, because the needs of a discharge home have nothing in common with those of a transfer between wards.
What to tell us on the first call
Three details are enough to get started: the exact pick-up address, the destination address and the date you have in mind. Add the access conditions if they are unusual — floor, lift, stretcher required, narrow corridor — along with a number that can be reached on the day. Do not send medical records or a diagnosis through this site: those go directly to the crew that will carry out the journey.
Our team and our partner network
Depending on the journey and on availability, the transport is carried out by the EMS team or arranged with a partner from our network. We tell you which at the point of confirmation. Either way, you keep the same contact to prepare the journey and to answer any question before departure.
A private service, separate from public emergency care
EMS is a private medical transport company. It does not replace the public emergency services. In a life-threatening emergency, call the local emergency number without waiting for a reply by WhatsApp or email. A request sent through this site is not a booking: transport is confirmed only once EMS has explicitly agreed the availability, the timing and the conditions.
