Call EMS or message us on WhatsApp to arrange a transport. Contact is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week; vehicle availability, however, is confirmed request by request. We answer in English, French and Arabic.

Three things let us deal with your request immediately: the exact pick-up address, the destination address and the date. Add the reason for the journey in a sentence, any unusual access conditions, and a number reachable on the day. With those, we can usually give you an initial answer during the call itself.
Do not send a diagnosis, a report, a prescription or imaging through the form or over WhatsApp. Those go directly to the crew carrying out the transport, or between facilities. The form on this site only opens a conversation.
The form on this site drafts a WhatsApp message that you read over and send yourself. Until you have sent it from inside WhatsApp, EMS has received nothing. And a sent message is not a booking: the transport is confirmed by our explicit reply.
