How we work
We start from the principle that a medical transport is prepared before it is carried out. Every request begins with a conversation that pins down the journey, the patient's condition, the access constraints and the timing. Only then do we commit to what is possible. This takes a few more minutes on the phone, and it heads off most of the difficulties on the day.
What we undertake not to do
We do not advertise a response time we could not hold to, a price before examining the journey, or a capability we are not in a position to deploy. When a request goes beyond what we can arrange, we say so rather than accepting and adjusting afterwards. A clear answer is worth more than a vague promise in a situation that is already difficult.
Team and partners
Depending on the journey and on availability, the transport is carried out by the EMS team or by a partner from our network. We tell you at the point of confirmation, and you keep the same contact for preparation and for your questions.
A private service
EMS is a private service and does not stand in for the public emergency services. In a life-threatening emergency, call the public emergency number without waiting. The information on this site is descriptive and does not replace the advice of a healthcare professional.
