The hotel zone in Sousse and the Port El Kantaoui area stretch over several kilometres, and many properties have similar names. Give the exact name of the hotel, the block or building, and the name of someone at reception. Those details, far more than the postal address, are what get the crew to the right place first time.
Sousse has several hospitals and clinics. Specify not just the facility but the department and the entrance to use: in large complexes access differs markedly between buildings, and getting that wrong costs real time on arrival.
